Philip Rykwalder started in real estate in 2014 with a negative net worth, no job and little savings. Living in a $300 a month rented room, he started networking with Nashville investors and bought his first rental property in 2015. In 2016, he bought 4 more rentals and did 30+ wholesale deals. As his net worth passed $250k, Philip grew by doing more wholesale deals with builders, and he bought 19 more doors. In 2018 he moved to Chattanooga to be closer to his dream of the outdoors, and today he continues to buy rentals and owns a construction business.
