Managing Rentals: Hear all about It @ November’s main meeting

Pros Speak Out on The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Join us Monday, November 14, 2011 when seasoned property managers give us the low-down on today’s rental market.

Harold Plemons has managed property for over 25 years.  He owns 12 units of his own and manages 70 for other owners.  Harold has a wealth of experience with government agencies, such as Section 8, that provide incentives to landlords for renting to certain types of renters. Harold leads REIN’s Landlording Subgroup.

Mark Hill, of Tandem Realty, manages 400 units across Middle Tennessee.  Mark uses technology and a non-traditional management structure to cover so much effectively. Mark is active with REIN’s Government Affairs Committee.

If you don’t yet know these men personally, you should.  There’s very little in the World of Landlording they haven’t seen.  And, they know the latest rule changes on tenant check-out inspections… that can keep you out of $$ trouble.
