Fund My Deal

Are you ready to get your real estate deal funded? Join us Monday, April 14, 2025, in Nashville for an exclusive live pitch event where you’ll present your deal directly to a panel of serious funders. Submit your deal details in advance — including property info, purchase price, ARV, rehab costs, funding amount requested, and your exit strategy — so funders can review your opportunity ahead of time. This event will NOT be recorded or simulcast, so you must be present in person to be considered. The session runs 90 minutes, and if submissions exceed available presentation spots, REIN members receive first priority. Show up, pitch your deal, and walk away funded.

1. You understand that there’s no guarantee that you’ll get an offer of funding at this meeting, and that in fact the funders may not like your deal at all and may say so from the front of the room
2. You understand that an offer of funding at this meeting is subject to further due diligence and consideration by the offeror and just because it’s offered doesn’t mean that it will come to pass
3. You’ll hold REIN, it’s board, volunteers, staff and management, and the individual funders harmless if this meeting or any funding offers don’t turn out the way you wanted them to.
