Rutherford County REIN (RC.REIN) was started by a few REIN members who wanted to better get to know people who focused on Real Estate Investing in Rutherford County Tennessee, including Murfreesboro and Smyrna. The first meeting was held in October 2007 at a Shoney’s meeting room, which was too small. Currently RC.REIN meets on the first Monday of each month at the Keller Williams office at Recent Rutherford County

Rutherford County Court: From the other side of the bench – Rutherford – March 1st
If you have, or are looking at having, rental property in Rutherford County you need to be at the Rutherford County REIN meeting on March 1st.
Lisa Bell, Law Clerk for Judge Brandon, will present her insights into dealing with the Court from the perspective of the court that handles all evictions in Rutherford County. Lisa Bell is an Attorney and has filled in for Judge Brandon as judge in the past.
Recently there have been some changes in the landlord laws in Rutherford County, and Lisa will present how the Court views the Landlord Tenant Act.

It’s a New Year and a new beginning. A great way to start the New Year is our RC.REIN Meeting Monday, January 4th @ 6:30 pm. We will be meeting at 450 St. Andrews Dr (the Keller Williams Building) Murfreesboro, tn.
The focus for the night will be networking and planning out the rest of the year for RC.REIN.
